Cancellation & Booking Terms

Standard requests require 24 hours' notice.

Cancellation Fees:

• 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or account credit.
• 12 to 24 Hours Notice: 50% booking fee charged.
• Under 12 Hours / No-Show: 100% booking fee charged.

Expenses: Pre-approved client expenses (travel, tickets, dining) are billed directly on the client invoice.
